TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
Welcome to Villa Subaglio’s Editorial Experience in Italy. By booking a ticket to our photography workshop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation and form a binding agreement between you and Loco Photography Pty Ltd ("we," "us," "our").

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website or an authorised third party.
2.2. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment must be received by 23 June 2025 to confirm participation.
2.3. Prices are listed in Euros.

3. Participation Requirements
3.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent.
3.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all travel requirements, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
3.3. Participants must bring their own photography equipment unless otherwise stated.
3.4. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Workshop Itinerary and Changes
4.1. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, or location of the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. If a significant change is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements where feasible.

5. Cancellations
5.1. If you cancel your booking or fail to attend, no refunds or credits will be issued.
5.2. If we cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and provide alternative arrangements where possible.

6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1. You acknowledge that photography workshops involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel risks, weather conditions, and venue conditions.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the workshop.
6.3. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Any images captured during the workshop remain the intellectual property of the respective photographer.
7.2. By participating, you grant us the right to use images taken during the workshop for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
7.3. Participants are strictly prohibited from publishing images taken during the workshop on international blogs, websites, or online publications, as Loco Photography Pty Ltd and Daina Hazel Photography retain the exclusive right to such publications. 

8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards instructors, fellow participants, and third parties.
8.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant displaying inappropriate behaviour without a refund.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
