With over 15 years of experience in the wedding industry, Theo’s passion lies in people—their stories, their connections, and the fleeting moments that make life so meaningful. He began photographing weddings at just 18 years old and quickly discovered that documenting raw, heartfelt emotion was more than a job — it was his calling.
Raised in a big Greek family, Theo grew up surrounded by stories, laughter, and tradition. Some of his most treasured memories come from sifting through old family photographs — studying the details, reliving the moments, and understanding the legacy they hold. It’s this personal connection to memory that fuels his dedication to creating timeless keepsakes for others.
As the founder of Theodore & Co, Theo brings a calm, grounded presence and a quietly confident energy to every wedding day. Sabine has an organic, editorial style when photographing weddings and elopements. Her images often capture movement and natural emotion, and she loves to put her clients at ease with laughter. Sabine spends most of her year in Melbourne and travels to her hometown of Aix-en-Provence France for the summer, photographing weddings in each location.

Alison
Alison keeps all things at the Theodore & Co. studio ticking in perfect order. She is a mother with a background in marketing and corporate administration. Alison helped establish what is now Theodore & Co. in 2007 and has helped maintain the business’ steady growth ever since. A happy soul, Alison’s love of life and people helps the team maintain strong and healthy relationships with our clients. She is a country girl with a passion for water-skiing and family and keeps Theo in check both at work and at home.

Beautiful, timeless and natural. Although we prefer to let the day unfold naturally we are there to also offer guidance when needed. We won't be bossy or intrusive but understand not everyone enjoys having their photos taken and therefore happy to provide guidance.

Yes, During the months of June, July, August & September we are based in Greece and photograph all over Europe.Our team continues to be available for both local weddings in Melbourne and also interstate in Australia during these months. We are also available worldwide upon request.

Typically 4-6 weeks, This can vary slightly during peak season. An online gallery which is password protected will be sent to you from which you can download the full high res images directly to your computer. USB's are available for a fee of $100.

Yes, We schedule a meeting with all our couples both prior to booking and again typically 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Currently due to high demand all out meetings are done either via a phone call or zoom/video call.

yes of course, Our online galleries also double as a print shop where you can order prints, albums and frames at your convenience. These make for the perfect gift on those special occasions.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a date, you will be sent an online portal which you can access at any time with your job details including invoice, contract and wedding day details.
